Ordering with Trinity Design is very straight forward.

We will provide an estimate of how much your order will cost before we begin work, and can either charge by-the-hour or give you a lump sum proposal depending on your needs. We feel that this offers you more service for your dollar. Instead of charging you a flat fee for some number of predetermined designs, we will work with you from start to finish to ensure that you are satisfied however long or short the process.

For logos, we provide four initial designs to choose from and then will begin the revision process to make sure you get exactly what you want.

For our website design we require a general scope of the project before we can give an accurate quote. We can charge by-the-hour for our website design or give you a lump sum proposal, just like our graphics work, depending on your needs and will give you an estimate of final price once you give us the design requirements, and a list of the features in which you are interested (E-commerce, etc.).

We DO NOT charge for consultations, whether by phone or in person, and if you ask for a feature that we do not know how to program you are NOT charged for the time it takes for us to learn.
